EU-Africa Space Policy & Institutional Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a highly qualified Non-Key Expert to support the EU‑Africa Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role focuses on strengthening policy dialogue, institutional cooperation and programme governance between European and African space stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate policy dialogue and institutional cooperation between EU and African Union space actors.
• Support programme governance, steering mechanisms and coordination of the partnership.
• Provide expert advice on EU space policy and African space governance architecture, including AfSA and AUC/REC structures.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in international relations, public policy, law, political science, space policy or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in international cooperation, public policy or institutional advisory work.
• At least 4 years of experience with EU and/or African Union policy frameworks and institutional processes.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
