Evidence and Knowledge Management Specialist

About the role

The Evidence and Knowledge Management Specialist will support the generation, management, dissemination, and use of evidence to improve project performance, accountability, learning, and adaptive management for a health systems strengthening initiative in Ethiopia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the project’s pipeline of evidence and learning products across all technical areas.
• Ensure all outputs meet donor branding and marking requirements.
• Maintain and update the evidence management platform.
• Coordinate documentation of project activities, results, and lessons learned.
• Facilitate the dissemination of evidence to stakeholders and support its use in decision‑making.
• Collaborate with the MEL and Evidence Lead and other technical teams.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in Ethiopia (no visa sponsorship).
• Experience in evidence, knowledge, or monitoring and evaluation management, preferably in health or development projects.
• Ability to travel periodically within Ethiopia to project sites and regional offices.
• Strong analytical and writing skills to produce high‑quality learning products.
