Export Documentation Specialist

About the role

The Export Documentation Specialist ensures international cargo moves across borders without delay by preparing accurate, legally compliant paperwork. Working within the Logistics and Supply Chain team, this role connects internal warehouses, sales departments, and external customs brokers or freight forwarders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other export documents.
• Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to obtain necessary approvals and signatures.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively address any documentation gaps to avoid customs delays.
• Support payment terms execution, including handling Letters of Credit and related financial documents.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working in logistics, supply chain, or international trade environments.
• Ability to interpret and apply customs regulations and trade compliance standards.
