F&B Support Expert

About the role

The Food & Beverage Support Expert ensures smooth daily operations for the restaurant and bar areas at our Addis Ababa property. Working as part of the Guest Service Support team, you will assist the kitchen, set up dining spaces, maintain cleanliness, and replenish supplies to create a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, chairs, and dining accessories for service periods.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks, including food preparation support and stock replenishment.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas, including dining floors, service stations, and back‑of‑house zones.
• Monitor inventory levels of linens, utensils, and consumables, and restock as needed.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies to ensure a safe workplace.
• Perform physical duties such as standing for long periods, walking on varied surfaces, and lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• Education: Level II qualification in Hotel Operations.
• Minimum 2 years experience in an international five‑star hotel environment.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks safely.
• Commitment to uphold quality standards, uniform appearance, and professional communication.
