Finance & Administration Manager – Addis Ababa

About the role

The Finance & Administration Manager will oversee all financial and administrative functions for Nutrition International’s Ethiopia Country Office. Reporting to the Regional Corporate Services Director, the role ensures accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across all programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance on NetSuite ERP (NICOR) to country program and finance staff.
• Review and finalize contracts using the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial management reports on program spending.
• Validate partner financial reports for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Develop and upload project budgets on the BOARD platform.
• Compile donor financial reports (quarterly, semi‑annual, annual) for regional validation.
• Coordinate the Country Office’s annual program budget and support regional budget submissions.
• Monitor audit findings and ensure timely implementation of recommendations.
• Review payroll and ensure tax compliance, including VAT.
