General Service Officer II

About the role

The General Service Officer II supports the bank's head office by managing facility, logistics, and material services. This position ensures smooth daily operations and compliance with internal policies within a banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee facility management activities, including maintenance, security, and space allocation.
• Coordinate logistics and supply‑chain processes to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Manage materials and inventory, maintaining accurate records and optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align service delivery with business needs.
• Monitor compliance with banking regulations and internal standards related to general services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Facility Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience, with at least 1 year in an Officer I or equivalent role.
• All experience must be within the banking sector and directly related to the position.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
