About the role

Hibret Insurance Company is looking for an experienced Grade 2 Branch Manager to lead one of its branches in Addis Ababa. The role involves overseeing branch operations, driving sales of insurance products, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Required profile

University degree (BA/BSc or MA/MSc) in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
Eight to nine years of post‑qualification experience in the insurance sector.
At least two years previously held as a Grade 3 city Branch Manager or Grade 2 up‑country Branch Manager.
CII certification is considered an advantage.

Required skills

Marketing and selling abilities.
Strong computer proficiency.
Team‑building capabilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Good knowledge of insurance products and services.
