About the role

Hibret Insurance Company is looking for a Grade 3 Branch Manager to lead its branch in Addis Ababa. This permanent position offers a competitive salary aligned with the company’s scale.

Required profile

Education: BA/BSc or MA/MSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
Certifications: CII certification is an advantage.
Experience: Seven to eight years of proven, relevant post‑qualification insurance experience.
Relevant experience: Minimum two years as a Grade 4 city Branch Manager or Grade 3 up‑country Branch Manager.

Required skills

Acceptable marketing and selling skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Team‑building abilities.
Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Good knowledge of insurance products and services.
