Graphic Designer – Brand & Digital

About the role

Inkomoko is looking for a Graphic Designer (Brand & Digital) to transform ideas, data, research and stories into clear visual communication. You will think strategically, develop original concepts and execute designs for social media, campaigns, reports, presentations, events, websites, video and print.

Key responsibilities

• Translate campaign objectives, audience insights, research, data and written content into visual concepts.
• Review briefs, ask clarifying questions and flag gaps in unclear briefs.
• Contribute visual ideas during campaign and content planning.
• Develop moodboards, sketches, storyboards and multiple concept options.
• Present concepts and explain design choices related to layout, typography and imagery.
• Recommend appropriate formats, build creative direction and produce final assets.
• Incorporate feedback and performance data to continuously improve work.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker who starts with audience, objective, message and desired action.
• Strong communicator able to explain design decisions and collaborate with regional communications, campaigns and digital media managers.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
