Head of Strategy

About the role

We are looking for a Strategy Head to join our growing team. At critical inflection points, you will work with clients to align brand strategy with business strategy, creating stories and experiences that engage customers, influence prospects, rally employees, and build communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop as a strategic client partner and advisor across ongoing brand initiatives.
• Create and direct innovative strategic solutions to complex brand and communications challenges for a portfolio of clients.
• Consult on brand positioning, architecture, analytics, internal engagement and digital brand strategy.
• Collaborate with creative and internal teams to shape execution and ensure resources are allocated to deliver on time and on budget.
• Inspire and mentor junior strategy team members while delegating responsibility and accountability.
• Lead projects from briefing through strategy building, creative development, execution and post‑project reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic leadership within an agency or corporate setting.
• 4‑6 years of experience managing a team of at least 4‑5 members.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing data, advertising, media touchpoints (including digital/social) and ability to translate insights into strong strategic recommendations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Logical thinker who blends data‑driven analysis with cultural intuition to make strategic decisions.
