Health Care Operation Services Manager

About the role

Saria consultancy PLC is looking for an experienced Health Care Operation Services Manager to coordinate daily hospital activities, ensure efficient workflows, and deliver high‑quality patient experiences. The role acts as a central link between clinical, diagnostic, administrative, financial, and support departments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily hospital operations to ensure effective collaboration across all departments.
• Track patient movement from registration through discharge, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee staff attendance, productivity, discipline, and performance while coordinating deployment and training needs.
• Manage medical supplies, medications, and equipment inventory, monitoring shortages, wastage, and expiration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, healthcare regulations, safety, and quality standards.
• Track operational KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide timely updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare service organization, with at least 4‑5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Practical understanding of hospital workflows, service quality, resource management, and performance monitoring.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and relevant healthcare or business management software.
