About the role
The Internal Coterol Officer III will work at the Head Office, supporting operational activities within the financial institute. This position reports to the Human Capital & Facility Management Department and requires proficiency in Afaan Oromo.
Key responsibilities
- Perform duties assigned to an Internal Coterol Officer III in the operational area.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations.
Required profile
- BA/BSc/MA/MSc degree in Management, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in a financial institute, including at least 2 years as an Officer II or equivalent in an operational role.
- Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading Afaan Oromo.
- Internal applicants must have served at least one year in Oromiya.
- All work experience must be documented for periods of six months or more.
