About the role

Henosis SACCO is offering a 4‑week Internship‑to‑Hire Training Program for recent graduates. The program combines intensive classroom training with hands‑on field experience in cooperative operations, savings mobilization, and member services. Successful trainees will be offered a permanent staff position after completing the assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with SACCO members and prospective clients.
• Mobilize savings and promote financial products and services.
• Conduct field outreach and awareness activities.
• Support member registration and account‑opening processes.
• Maintain professional communication with members.
• Prepare daily and weekly savings‑mobilization reports.
• Participate in financial literacy and promotional activities.
• Contribute to member satisfaction and institutional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, Business or related fields (graduating in 2026).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing and member engagement.
• Good discipline, confidence and teamwork.
• Ability to work under targets and in field conditions.
• Computer proficiency is an advantage.
