Junior Branch Operation Support Officer

About the role

To facilitate and provide regular support to regional offices and branches in their effort of branch expansion and resource mobilization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue for branches and regions.
• Provide facilitation and support for smooth operation of branches and regions.
• Participate in development, review and proper implementation of branch operation procedures.
• Collect and organize regional enquiries for facilities and services and ensure they are addressed.
• Collaborate with other organs, regions and branches on resource mobilization, branch expansion, cross‑selling and customer retention.
• Identify and propose changes to existing formats as required.
• Maintain important files and records and provide them when needed.
• Adhere to internal control systems and risk‑management programmes of the bank.
• Participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies, plans, budgets and performance reports.
• Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on plan performance.

Required profile

• BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• At least one (1) year of relevant banking experience.
• Strong coordination and networking abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Development‑oriented mindset.
