About the role

The Junior Customer Service Officer will join a banking institution to deliver front‑line support to customers across several branch locations. This entry‑level position focuses on handling everyday inquiries, transactions and service requests while adhering to bank policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide front‑line assistance to bank customers in branch locations.
  • Handle inquiries, transactions and complaints in accordance with bank policies.
  • Support senior staff with routine banking operations.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management or a related discipline.
  • At least one year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or as a bank trainee.
