About the role
Enat Bank is seeking a Junior Customer Service Specialist to join its Gelemso branch. This permanent, entry‑level position is open to candidates aged 30 or younger, with a strong focus on serving women customers and supporting the bank’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and deliver physical cash to and from the Cash Administrator.
- Collect and validate original payment instruments against the system.
- Issue, sign, and verify payment instruments.
- Validate DRS incoming transfers and initiate DRS outgoing transfers.
- Exchange cash denominations and post related transactions.
- Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
Required profile
- BA degree in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
- Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.00 for male applicants, 2.75 for female applicants.
- Preferred age: 30 years or younger.
- No prior experience required.
