Key Account Executive

About the role

The Key Account Executive will develop and manage Fresh Corner's business with corporate and institutional customers, acquiring new accounts and growing sales while ensuring seamless order fulfillment from placement to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate and institutional customers such as hotels, restaurants, embassies, NGOs, UN agencies, schools and offices.
• Prepare quotations, proformas and commercial agreements, negotiate terms and close new accounts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, maintaining regular communication and building long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate order processing, product availability, quality, freshness and timely delivery with internal teams.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, handle complaints, and feed feedback to improve products and services.
• Track sales performance, maintain a sales pipeline and report on key account activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales and key account management experience, preferably in supermarket, food, FMCG or retail environments.
• Proven track record of acquiring corporate customers and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
