About the role
The Legal Officer – I provides essential legal support to the organization through research, advice, and the preparation of legal documents. The role involves ensuring staff are informed about legal matters and that the company complies with relevant laws and internal policies.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft advice for internal stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
- Train and guide staff on legal issues and compliance requirements.
- Monitor changes in legislation and internal policies, informing management of implications.
- Maintain regular reporting on case status and legal matters.
Required profile
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Law or an equivalent qualification.
- At least one year of experience as a Legal Officer II or comparable legal experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a head‑office environment.
