About the role

Global Bank Ethiopia is committed to innovative, accessible services and quality customer service, supporting community members as trustworthy partners. The Manager, Ethics & Anti‑Corruption Division will lead the bank’s efforts to uphold integrity, prevent misconduct, and ensure compliance with anti‑corruption policies. This permanent, onsite position is based at the Head Office.

Required profile

Education: MSc or BSc in Law, Business Administration, Management, Ethics, Compliance, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource or a related field.
6–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
At least 3 years in a managerial position or equivalent.
