About the role

The bank is hiring a Manager for its SME and Cooperatives Relationship Division, based at the Head Office. The position is part of the Credit & Lending area and focuses on building and maintaining relationships with small and medium enterprises and cooperative societies. Compensation follows the bank’s established salary scale.

Key responsibilities

Lead and oversee the division responsible for managing relationships with SMEs and cooperatives.

Required profile

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics or a related field.
For Master’s holders: minimum 6 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 2 years as a Principal Officer or 3 years in Senior Officer roles.
For Bachelor’s holders: minimum 8 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 3 years as a Principal Officer or 4 years in Senior Officer roles.
