Manager Talent Management & Development

About the role

Inkomoko is seeking a Manager of Talent Management & Development to partner with the Head of Talent Management & Development. The role will translate the organization’s talent strategy into scalable programmes that build leadership pipelines, succession readiness, and organizational capability across multiple African countries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate talent reviews, calibration, and succession processes organization‑wide.
• Identify and develop successors for leadership and critical roles.
• Lead high‑potential, talent acceleration, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Track succession readiness, bench strength, and talent risks, providing insights for leadership discussions.
• Design and deliver leadership development programmes, academies, and future‑leader pathways.
• Build people‑manager capability through coaching, mentoring, peer learning, and targeted development interventions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Ability to collaborate with Country People & Culture teams and senior business leaders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to prepare talent insights and recommendations.
