About the role
Wass Insurance S.C is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Department Manager to join its team at the Head Office in Addis Ababa. The successful candidate will lead the marketing and business development department, driving growth initiatives for the insurance company.
Required profile
- BA degree (or MA) in a related field, preferably insurance.
- Both BA and MA degrees are acceptable.
- Minimum eight years of experience for BA holders (seven years for MA holders), preferably in insurance.
- Preferable experience in the insurance sector.
- At least two years experience as a Division Manager.
