About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Motor Claim Supervisor will lead the motor claims team, ensuring efficient processing, compliance and high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily motor claims operations and guide the claims team.
- Analyse claims data to identify trends and ensure accurate assessments.
- Monitor claim timelines and resolve escalated or complex cases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and internal quality standards.
- Provide training, feedback and performance support to team members.
Required profile
- Proven supervisory experience in claims or insurance operations.
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate claim information and make fair decisions.
- In‑depth knowledge of motor insurance principles and practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration or a related field.
