About the role

Milki Sacco is hiring 11 qualified professionals for permanent positions across customer service, human resources, marketing, branch management, finance and operations. Candidates should hold a Business or Economics background and have relevant experience in MFIs, SACCOs or banking.

Key responsibilities

Deliver high‑quality customer service and support.
Develop and implement HR policies, marketing strategies, branch operations, financial controls and overall operational processes.
Manage teams, oversee financial reporting, and ensure compliance with cooperative regulations.

Required profile

Business/Economics education.
Relevant experience ranging from 2 to 8 years depending on the position, with senior roles requiring at least 5 years and managerial experience.
Demonstrated experience in MFIs, SACCOs or related banking institutions.
