Network Administrator II

About the role

ZamZam Bank, an interest‑free banking institution in Ethiopia, is seeking a Network Administrator II to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of its network infrastructure. You will work closely with the IT team to support the bank’s digital operations and maintain a robust networking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and guarantee high availability.
• Implement and uphold network security measures.
• Collaborate with the broader IT team to support overall technology operations.
• Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in network administration.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are highly desirable.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and security technologies.
• Problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
