Network Support Officer and Senior Banking Roles – Multiple Positions

About the role
Zemen Bank is hiring for several senior and officer‑level positions across its network support, core banking, and ATM service functions. The vacancies are located in Addis Ababa, Ambo and Nekemte and target candidates with proven experience in IT and banking operations.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, monitor and maintain the bank’s network infrastructure to ensure reliable service.
- Administer and monitor databases and the Core Banking System, including integrated applications.
- Coordinate ATM maintenance, troubleshoot issues and lead User Acceptance Testing for new ATM applications.
- Serve customers, open and maintain accounts, process cash transactions and promote bank products.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years at an officer or supervisory level.
