Odoo ERP Support Specialist

About the role

Keystone Trading is looking for a proactive Odoo ERP Support Specialist to manage, maintain and optimise daily Odoo operations. The role bridges the Head Office in Bisrate Gebreal and the Warehouse in Kality, ensuring smooth system performance, data integrity and user support across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end support for core Odoo modules such as Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting and Warehouse Management.
• Troubleshoot system issues, resolve user tickets and keep daily operations uninterrupted.
• Oversee multi‑location data synchronisation between the Head Office and the Kality Warehouse.
• Train internal staff, onboard new users and promote best practices in Odoo workflows.
• Assist with system configuration, reporting, custom dashboard creation and data migration or backups as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience supporting or implementing Odoo ERP.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the Bisrate Gebreal Head Office with periodic visits to the Kality Warehouse.
• Immediate availability to start.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Odoo core modules (Inventory, Stock, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Warehouse Management).
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
