About the role
Lefayda Credit & Saving S.C., a licensed micro‑finance institution in Ethiopia, is seeking an Operation Officer to join its Addis Ababa team. The role supports daily operational activities, ensuring efficient loan processing and high‑quality customer service in line with the institution’s mission to empower clients.
Required profile
- BA degree in management or accounting from a recognized higher‑learning institution.
- At least 4 years of work experience, preferably in a micro‑finance or financial institution.
