Real Estate Sales Representative

About the role

The Real Estate Sales Representative works full‑time on‑site in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The role involves sourcing and qualifying prospective clients, presenting property options, and guiding customers through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new client leads for property sales.
• Present available listings and conduct property viewings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all listings and market trends.
• Prepare sales documents, reports, and contracts as required.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide professional customer service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Achieve sales targets in line with company goals.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of real estate and property markets.
• Valid Ethiopian real estate license or equivalent certification.
• Proven sales abilities, including prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent customer service skills to build trust and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with basic office and digital tools.
• Fluency in English and local languages.
• Relevant experience in real estate sales; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
