Real Estate Sales Representative

About the role

The Real Estate Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Addis Ababa, driving property sales and rentals for Reality Real Estate Ethiopia. You will prospect new clients, respond to inquiries and build lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for residential and commercial property transactions.
• Conduct property viewings and advise clients on pricing, market trends and investment opportunities.
• Prepare, present and negotiate offers to close sales or rental agreements.
• Maintain accurate property listings and update information regularly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and high client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed established sales targets while upholding professional and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Addis Ababa real‑estate market.
• Proven experience in real‑estate sales with a record of achieving targets.
• Valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one in Ethiopia.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple leads and keep organized records.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications and digital listing tools.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
