Remote Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, tech‑savvy professional to join our fully remote team as a Shopify & Gorgias Customer Support Agent. You will interact with customers via chat, email, or phone, providing accurate information and building trust with every conversation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle questions related to product details, order tracking, returns, and account issues.
• Use Gorgias and Shopify platforms to manage tickets and deliver fast, accurate support.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product updates and support best practices to ensure a consistent experience.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• At least 1 year of online/remote customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Experience with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Empathetic, patient, reliable, and detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
