About the role
The Roving Finance & HR Manager will be based in Addis Ababa and will support Solidarités International’s mission in Ethiopia. The position starts on 1 September 2026 and runs until 31 December 2026, with frequent travel to the bases in Lalibela, Motta and Adwa. Solidarités International is an international humanitarian aid association with more than 40 years of experience, operating in 26 countries with a staff of about 3,200 people. The organization focuses on water, sanitation, hygiene, food security and livelihoods.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee finance and human resources activities for the mission in Ethiopia.
- Travel regularly to field bases (Lalibela, Motta, Adwa) to ensure consistent implementation of finance and HR processes.
Required profile
- Willingness to travel frequently to bases in Lalibela, Motta and Adwa.
