Sales Consultant

About the role

Temer Properties is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to join its on‑site team in Addis Ababa. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective home buyers, helping them navigate the selection process and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from inquiry to contract closure.

Key responsibilities

• Guide prospective buyers through the home selection process and conduct property tours.
• Present features, benefits, and pricing of available units.
• Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and prepare sales proposals.
• Support customers through contract negotiation and closing phases.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with project timelines.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while delivering a professional customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong sales consulting and customer service abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening.
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales processes and willingness to learn local regulations.
• Prior experience in sales or real estate, with proven negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial.
• Fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
