Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients. In this role you will drive top‑of‑funnel revenue growth by researching prospects, identifying target accounts and initiating contact across phone, email and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify key decision‑makers in international markets.
• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails and LinkedIn messaging.
• Qualify leads using predefined methodologies to assess needs, budget and buying readiness.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring smooth hand‑offs.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes and pipeline stages in the CRM.
• Provide continuous market feedback on prospect objections, trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Degree certificate in a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, telesales or customer acquisition.
• High‑speed, reliable internet connection with an uninterrupted power backup.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and target‑driven.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficiency with digital communication platforms for outreach.
