Sales Executive – Travel Services

About the role

ARS Tourism is looking for a motivated and results‑driven Sales Executive to promote its comprehensive travel solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of visa consultation, tour packages, business travel, medical tourism and more. The role requires a proactive approach to meet targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
• Promote ARS Tourism’s travel services to prospective clients.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on inquiries, provide detailed information, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in travel or tourism.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard office software for communication and reporting.
