About the role

As a Sales Growth Business Partner you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to companies in your network, helping them modernise hiring and reduce screening time. This is a flexible, referral‑based position with no fixed hours, allowing you to work independently and be rewarded solely on the revenue you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach forward‑thinking companies and hiring leaders within your professional network.
• Present the benefits of Flowmingo’s platform, highlighting time savings and improved candidate experience.
• Act as a trusted point of contact, answering questions and guiding prospects through adoption.
• Collect and relay market feedback to support product and program improvements.
• Manage your own pipeline and track performance against revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or consulting, preferably in recruitment or HR technology.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with decision‑makers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results‑driven work style.
• Ability to operate independently and manage your own schedule.
