Sales Manager – Education Consultancy

About the role

Maraki Consultancy is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its education consultancy sales team in Addis Ababa. The role focuses on driving revenue, managing a high‑performing sales force, and ensuring students and parents receive accurate guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Set, monitor and report on sales KPIs and performance metrics.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the education sector.
• Oversee lead management, pipeline tracking and conversion processes.
• Provide coaching, training and feedback to sales representatives.
• Support the team with high‑value or complex client engagements.
• Participate in client consultations and ensure professional information delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in education consultancy.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Strong understanding of student recruitment and consultancy sales.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with sales tracking tools and KPI reporting.
