Sales Manager – Education Consultancy

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team within the education consultancy sector. The role focuses on driving revenue, supervising a team of sales representatives, and ensuring high‑quality service for students and parents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Set, monitor and report on sales targets, KPIs and conversion metrics.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and improve lead‑follow‑up processes.
• Manage sales pipelines, ensure timely follow‑up of leads and support high‑value or complex client cases.
• Analyse performance data, provide feedback and recommend improvements.
• Participate in client consultations and ensure accurate information is delivered to students and parents.
• Train and coach sales representatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in education consultancy.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Strong understanding of student recruitment and consultancy sales processes.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in sales tracking tools.
• Competence in Google Workspace.
• Competence in Microsoft Office.
