About the role
Ethio Telecom is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its sales operations in Addis Ababa. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and delivering exceptional client experiences within Ethiopia’s telecommunications sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a high‑performing sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities, and recommend actionable insights.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and communication.
Required profile
- Proven expertise in sales strategy, CRM, and revenue generation.
- Strong background in market analysis, business development, and opportunity identification.
- Experience leading teams, managing people, and providing training.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑engagement abilities.
- Solid problem‑solving, decision‑making, and time‑management skills.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
