Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work on‑site in Addis Ababa, driving property sales and promoting KABE’s comprehensive property management and consulting services. You will engage prospective clients, showcase property listings, and guide buyers and sellers through each step of the transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads for residential, commercial, governmental, and industrial properties.
• Present property listings and service offerings to potential clients.
• Coordinate property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Prepare and update sales materials, contracts, leases, and “For Sale by Owner” documentation.
• Maintain accurate client and property records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with property management and consulting teams to align offers with client needs.
• Implement marketing strategies, gather market feedback, and support training sessions on property and investment services.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales and pipeline‑management skills.
• Experience delivering training or client education.
• Good knowledge of property sales processes, basic contract and lease concepts, and familiarity with real‑estate or property‑management environments.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail capabilities.
• Ability to work proactively on‑site in Addis Ababa.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Real Estate or related field is advantageous; prior sales or real‑estate experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and local languages; basic computer literacy.

• Computer literacy (basic Microsoft Office usage).
