Sales & Support Virtual Assistant (Remote, Full‑Time)

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a motivated Sales & Support Virtual Assistant to join its remote team. You will help e‑commerce brands deliver fast, friendly service while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time assistance via live chat, email, SMS, and phone.
• Recommend products, guide purchase decisions and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Handle order‑related queries, including shipping, tracking, returns and refunds.
• Update CRM tools and accurately log customer interactions.
• Represent each brand’s tone and values in all communications.
• Share customer feedback to improve sales processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance and service goals.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote experience in sales, customer support or virtual assistance.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace for calls.

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Proficiency in Zendesk or similar help‑desk platforms.
