Senior Attorney

About the role

The Senior Attorney will provide effective legal advice and support to the organization, ensuring that its legal rights and interests are protected. The attorney will work closely with internal teams to provide timely legal guidance and will act as the primary point of contact for external counsel. This role is central to the company's ability to navigate legal challenges, maintain compliance, and adopt a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating legal risks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters, overseeing case handling from initiation to resolution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents to safeguard the company's interests.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, monitoring changes and advising relevant departments.
• Protect the company's legal rights and interests through proactive risk assessment and strategic counsel.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in managing litigation and dispute resolution processes.
• Strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations.
