Senior Clinical Application Specialist – Endoscopy & Critical Care

About the role

Starchain Medical PLC is seeking a Senior Clinical Application Specialist to lead on‑site training and after‑sales support for its endoscopy and critical‑care portfolio. The role combines hands‑on clinical expertise with customer education, troubleshooting, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site clinical application training for endoscopy and ventilator equipment to hospitals and healthcare professionals.
• Teach endoscopy nurses safe handling, cleaning, disinfection, reprocessing, and storage practices.
• Support ICU teams in the safe and effective use of ventilators and related critical‑care technologies.
• Conduct post‑installation follow‑up visits, refresher trainings, competency assessments, and clinical troubleshooting.
• Participate in equipment commissioning, demonstrations, workshops, and customer education programs.
• Attend virtual and in‑person technical and clinical trainings provided by international manufacturers.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to communicate clinical value, conduct product demonstrations, and support business‑development activities.
• Gather user feedback, identify training needs, and suggest improvements.
• Travel frequently to healthcare facilities to provide training and support.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Nursing or a closely related qualification.
• Minimum five years of hands‑on clinical experience.
• Demonstrated experience working in an endoscopy unit (required).
• ICU/critical‑care nursing experience (highly preferred).
• Fluent spoken and written English with confidence in professional meetings and manufacturer‑led trainings.
• Strong communication, presentation, and adult‑training abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, virtual meeting platforms, and online training tools.
• Willingness to work full‑time and travel regularly to customer sites.
