Senior Corporate Customer Relationship Officer

About the role

The Senior Corporate Customer Relationship Officer will own and grow VFMFI’s corporate and institutional client portfolio across the full customer lifecycle. This role is responsible for acquiring new corporate customers, deepening existing relationships, mobilising financial resources, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery to support the institution’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new corporate and institutional customers, building a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of corporate clients, conducting regular visits, relationship reviews and cross‑selling VFMFI products.
• Mobilise corporate savings, term deposits and other eligible resources to meet target goals.
• Monitor client activity to detect withdrawal risks, initiate renewal discussions and implement retention actions.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Credit, Finance, Operations, Digital, Compliance) to deliver tailored solutions and resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• MA/MBA/BA in Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in banking, micro‑finance or corporate relationship management, with a proven track record of managing corporate or institutional customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital and CRM systems.
• Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML/CFT compliance requirements.
