About the role

The Senior Customer Service Officer will support the interest‑free micro‑finance business by delivering high‑quality service to clients.

Key responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries and provide information on micro‑finance products.
Assist clients throughout the loan application and repayment process.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of overall work experience, with at least 1 year in banking or micro‑finance.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Economics or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

Knowledge of banking or micro‑finance operations.
Customer service experience.
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
