About the role

Enat Bank is seeking a Senior Customer Service Specialist to support cash operations and assist the Cash Administrator and Branch Account Administrator when needed. The role involves handling bulk cash transactions, ensuring accurate cash movement, and maintaining balance records.

Key responsibilities

Assist and take over duties of the Cash Administrator and Branch Account Administrator during absences or delegations.
Support Customer Service Specialists in processing and counting bulk cash deposits and withdrawals.
Initiate cash transfers to and from the cash vault.
Receive and deliver physical cash to the Cash Administrator.
Collect and pay cash, debit or credit the corresponding accounts.
Reconcile and balance physical cash with the Cash Administrator.

Required profile

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in banking operations.
At least 6 months experience in a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) position.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
