Senior Customer Service Specialist

About the role

Enat Bank, a private financial institution focused on women’s financial access, is hiring a Senior Customer Service Specialist for its Gelemso branch. The position is permanent and women applicants are highly encouraged. The specialist will support cash operations and assist customers in a dynamic banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and take over duties of Cash Administrator and Branch Account Administrator during absences.
• Support Customer Service Specialists with handling and counting bulk cash deposits and withdrawals.
• Initiate cash transfers to and from the cash pool.
• Receive and deliver physical cash to the Cash Administrator.
• Collect and pay cash, debit or credit the respective accounts.
• Check and balance physical cash with the Cash Administrator.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of banking operations experience, including at least 6 months in a Customer Service Specialist role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
• Ability to work on cash handling, account reconciliation and customer service tasks.
