Senior Electrician – HVAC (Mining Projects)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Electrician with HVAC expertise to lead the repair and maintenance of drilling equipment on mining projects. The role involves ensuring electrical systems operate safely and efficiently, supporting continuous production.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all electrical repair and maintenance tasks on drilling equipment in line with manufacturer procedures.
• Define, monitor, and inspect equipment to diagnose intervention needs.
• Determine required replacement parts, requisition materials, and manage inventory.
• Conduct self‑checks of completed services and report status to supervisors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Technical education or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably on mining projects.
• Proven experience with machine and HVAC system maintenance.
• Good command of English.
• Flexibility, strong planning and organizational abilities, and ability to work independently and in a team.
