Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of customer‑facing features, automation engines and AI‑powered workflows that help property managers scale their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with property managers and internal teams to understand workflows, identify friction, and define high‑impact problems to solve.
• Design, develop, test and deploy full‑stack features from prototype to production, including frontend, backend, APIs and integrations.
• Collaborate with designers to create intuitive user interfaces that simplify complex rental operations.
• Build event‑driven automation pipelines that eliminate repetitive tasks such as cleaning scheduling, guest communication and owner reporting.
• Integrate with external platforms (Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google, etc.) via reliable APIs.
• Use LLMs and AI agents to automate guest communication, maintenance triage and pricing decisions.
• Monitor performance, gather user feedback and iterate to improve adoption, reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• Strong experience shipping production software across both frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with curiosity about why users need a feature and ability to turn ambiguous problems into practical solutions.
• Comfortable working directly with customers, designers and founders, and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Independent, bias toward shipping, learning and iterating quickly.
• Interest in AI, automation and operational efficiency.
