Senior Integrated Management System (IMS) Expert – Contract

About the role

Adiu Communication Service PLC is seeking a Senior Integrated Management System (IMS) Expert on a contract basis to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of its management system. You will ensure alignment with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, establish, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System in line with ISO standards.
• Develop and maintain IMS documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals, and work instructions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, manage certification processes, and address non‑conformities.
• Implement effective document control and record‑keeping practices.
• Lead risk assessment activities, monitor emerging risks, and propose mitigation measures.
• Define IMS KPIs, analyse performance trends, and produce management dashboards and reports.
• Support management review meetings with relevant IMS performance data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and managing integrated management systems within large, technically complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, audit, and risk‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units and with external partners.
